RVCO is applying for incorporation as a not-for-profit 5013c organization in order to be eligible for grant monies.  Requirements include establishing bylaws and electing a Citizen’s Council (Board of Directors).

This designation in no way means the establishment of a Home Owners Association (HOA).  5013c status will simply allow our community to obtain funding from a wide variety of sources for projects that will improve the quality of our neighborhood.

The annual meeting will be held May 16, 2009, at the Rainbow Valley Elementary School and will include the election of officers and approval of the bylaws.  Election term will be for two (2) years.

Nominations for the following officers will be open from March 20th to April 2nd.   Please reference the bylaws for details.

Please send your nominations by email to Nan Davis or US mail to:

Nan Davis
12421 S. Gopher Road
Buckeye, AZ 85326

Nominations must include name, address, contact information.

Ballots will be sent out April 28th and election results will be announced at the annual meeting, May 16th.
